Project Pitchfork - Dream, Tiresias! download free

Very briefly, but I can't escape the notion that Project Pitchfork here are running on fumes only and desperately should seek to refuel their inspiration. In many ways, this is a back to the roots sort of release, that offers very little in terms of musical progression this side of the Y2k. While I'm grateful not to have to suffer through the trite electrorock of his late 90s, most tracks are very simply constructed with limited variation (cue pre-set beats and growling vocals). "Dream Tiresias!" is very typical of that re-velopment; it's not bad, just boring. If I am to puff for a single track here, that would have to be "Full of life" (with Spilles' nice echoing depth in the bridge brilliantly merging into the bubbling/ buzzing sort of chorus), which is good but not great.
