I enjoyed this 12" immensely. While this isn't something you can spin into a set, it's great to listen to on your own. The genius that is Empire is hard to come by outside of Aphex Twin style blending. The samples range from the old Atari versions of the game, to Empire Strikes Back soundtrack. If you are a fan of Aphex Twin, Squarepusher and the like, do yourself a favor and pick up this release from a couple of badasses out of Atlanta.
